VHS Markets strives to provide community focused retail events. We view these events as colloquial, traditional, timeless markets, bazaars and swap meets around the world.
With time, effort and gracious feedback from vendors and patrons, the path we lead to make this happen is always ahead of the trail we learn from.

This is my first market! What can I expect?
A great day!
After approval, start planning on how you'd love to present your brand and products. Now's your chance to get creative so you can deliver a shopping experience for patrons who will love your products and ideas.
For each market event type and location, a Vendor Information Pack email is sent to each approved vendor for the day. Details about loading in and out, as well as how best to arrive to the market are a few key details we like to make sure each vendor has reviewed before the market day.
Keep an eye on your email, start posting about the market and keep an eye out for some branding and posts we could publish about you!
On the day of the event, arrive at the designated time with everything you need for a great market day. We'll greet you and help you to get to your space if needed.
Some markets have assigned placements before the date, others will be assigned when you arrive. We do not have -first-come-first-get vendor placements. Please check-in with a staff member to be assigned your vendor placement. Changes to placement after you are assigned can't be accommodated as other vendors are being welcomed.
Everyone is buzzing around at the start of the day, so be patient, get your bearings and start setting up.
What are registration fees?
We strive to deliver the highest quality products for our market events. In order to offer this level of quality event patrons may expect, vendor registration fees are held as a deposit while we review each vendor applicant.
In the event that a vendor isn't quite the right fit, a refund for the total amount is returned. We like to reach out if there's any tips or knowledge we can share to help everyone work towards being a vendor.
Can I change my registration date or event?
Life is busy, and we get it. Plans can change. We hope everyone can make it for the event they've chosen.
Registered vendors can reach out to us to discuss changes to their registered event date. However, changes will not be eligible within 60 rolling days prior to the registered market event. Event type changes are currently not permitted. A portion of fees may be eligible for deferment towards a future market date on a case by case basis.
Vendors who request changes outside of the aforementioned timeframe may be eligible for 50% refund. Changes requested within 60 rolling days of a market date will not be approved.
What's is the Vendor Integrity Guide?
Each VHS Markets vendor is bringing their best, and we're proud to bring high quality goods from wonderful local providers.
This effort is to maintain the integrity and legitimacy of local vendors who are crafts people, artists, designers, producers and other small business. Failure to disclose, mis-represent or otherwise mislead in this area may result in an immediate cancellation of registrion without refund or recourse.
Vendors who willfully or otherwise do not qualify after further review may be subject to their application/registration being cancelled without refund or recourse. VHS Markets reserves the right to apply the T&C at any time prior, during or after registration, a market event or otherwise.
Each application is under review to ensure products are handmade, locally sourced/produced, original designs without plagiarised elements, are not bulk imported for resale as-is under false pretense, marketed to perform unsubstantiated/unverifiable/non-reproducable/un-tested/etc claims of performance, manufactured by unverifiable humane sources or are not affiliated with any MLM/direct-sales/third-party comission based organization.
